This is the third and final book to be written by Ray Roberts,
who continues to be an active Bentley motorist, but now mostly in his
fondly-regarded MK VI tourer.
It all started off with a few notes gathered for the restoration of an
earlier car, and one thing led to another (as it does!). Eventually
'A Pride of Bentleys' (with John Adams) saw the light of
day.
This was followed much later with the first volume of
'Bentley Specials & Special Bentleys' and now another twelve
years hard labour has produced the definitely-final Volume II.
Ray does not plan to write another Bentley book.
However, Ray Roberts Booksellers still provides a service to
motoring book buyers, with (of course!) an emphasis on Bentley and
Rolls Royce histories, with much model detail available.
